Terms

Liability:  User assumes all risk.  The manufacturer, distributor or the seller shall not be liable for any death, injury, or damage, either direct or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use the product by the user.   Before using this product, the user must determine the suitability of the product for his/ her intended use and assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.   Bodyboards are not designed for or qualified as a lifesaving or flotation device.  The foregoing shall not be altered unless authorized in writing officiated by the directors of Fishtank LLC dba Triad Movement.

Warranty: Triad Movement Bodyboards have a limited warranty against defects in workmanship and/ or materials for a period of 60 days from date of purchase.  Warranty extends to the original purchaser only and original sales receipt required as proof of purchase.   Please note the following specific exclusions, which are not regarded as defects in workmanship and/ or materials and will not fall under warranty terms:  Creasing the bottom slick skin and/ or the top deck.  Damage caused by heat or sun or improper storage/ transport of the board.  Damage caused, whether directly or indirectly, by installation or use of a leash or other accessory.  Damage caused by excessive force or collision.  Damage caused by misuse or abuse.  Damage caused from sandsliding; this is not a sand or skim board.  Any repairs attempted on a board by anyone other than the manufacturer will also void the warranty.

Claims: All warranty claims must be inspected by the manufacturer, or authorized agent prior to any repairs by anyone.  The manufacturer will not accept claims without Proof of Purchase.  Customer must allow the retailer to which he is returning the board at least 2 weeks to process the claim.   Boards returned or replaced under warranty will be returned freight pre-paid.  The cost of any repairs along with any freight disbursements for products not deemed as qualified warranty product will be the customer’s responsibility.

Care: Do not forcefully bend the board.  Keep the board away from excessive heat; Excessive heat will affect the lamination and board rocker.  Store the board in a cool, well-ventilated area.  Do not store sharp or heavy objects on the board.  Rinse board in fresh water after use.  Use a silicone or waterproofing sealant when installing a leash plug or accessory.
